A Big "Thank You" to All Readers

A few weeks ago I posted an article called “You had a bad once, didn’t you?” I have been humbled by the the outpouring of support and the e-mails from people offering encouragement.

Please know that “thank you” cards and – a lot – of books are going to be sent out this week. Thanks again to everyone who can tolerate some of my crazier posts and finds SBPDL a worthwhile site to bookmark and visit.

It’s been an interesting past few weeks (to say the least) but what doesn’t kill only makes you stronger. I’m convinced that what I’m doing here is making a difference, and some of the touching e-mails I received have provided an insight into what is going on across this nation to the people that have no voice.

Something bad did happen. It’s not the end of the world; it’s actually liberating (and eye-opening). One day the story will be told, but that moment is not for now.

Just know that ‘thank you’ cards and copies of my first two published books are going to be sent out this week to those who were generous. This is not a game to me anymore. When you read the forthcoming SBPDL Year Two: 365Black Days of Judging By Character, you’ll see the truth of that statement.

I had set a goal of getting Captain America and Whiteness: The Dilemma of the Superhero out by July 22. The events of early July set things off by a week, so expect this book (70 percent new material) to be available for Amazon’s Kindle by Wednesday of this week and for purchasing in deadwood by Friday. I know comic books and movies aren’t every one’s cup of tea and even though you might not care about popular culture, it cares about you.

In closing, I was pleased to share the SBPDL platform with a good friend in publishing his piece on Was Voldemort Right? If other readers are so inclined, I’d be happy to do the same for them. Know that pop culture, sports, movies, television, and articles that coincide with important dates (book and movie releases) to maximize there effectiveness are what I’m looking for. It might sound nerdy, but the Star Wars trilogy is about to be released on Blue Ray for the first time. An article on Why the Sith/ Empire is Right or Why the Jedi are nothing but Left-Wing Terrorists would be hilarious.

A few months ago, I had an idea to do a site completely dedicated to pop culture articles, sort of a SBPDL version of Cracked.com. That might still happen, but for the time being this site might go in that direction a few times a week. Numbered posts will make a comeback too, as writing about crime gets melancholy.

Be sure to check out a Paul Kersey article at Alternative Right called A Man out of Time and a piece at Vdare.com on Marvel’s first Captain America (he wasn’t the white guy you’ll see in the film).

College football season is rolling around and I’ve got something special planned for that as well. I just wanted to write this to thank all readers for their support of this site. Many of us in the HBD/Right-wing/whatever blogosphere will never have the opportunity to meet the vast majority of those who come across our sites and ultimately invest their most precious commodity (their time) into reading them, commenting at them, and telling friends about them in whispered voices.

But the e-mails you send; the comments you leave and discussions that are started; the time you invest in reading; all of this points to a great dissatisfaction that is brewing across this land. We do it anonymously, knowing that something is wrong that cannot be publicly stated… yet.

Our livelihoods (trust me) are at risk for daring to expose a governing system that rules every segment of our society. That is of course Black-Run America (BRA). And yet people still come here and to other sites that are growing in influence, honesty, and daring.

So thanks again for taking the time to stop by SBPDL every now and then. Tell us what we are doing right in the comments section (and conversely, what we are doing wrong) and any suggestions you have to help us as we move forward.
