Cherokee Nation Declares War on Black-Run America (BRA)

Where the Seminole Tribe failed, the Cherokee Nation succeeds

My goal is to constantly improve this Web site and make it more effective. Judging by Web traffic and the type of individual this site is continuing to attract, you are helping me do just that. Answering the survey allows me to dig into user-behavior metrics and motivation, which is invaluable to crafting a more powerful site.

With that, let me say that I’ve never understood the mythological status attributed to “Native Americans,” nor have I ever understood Disingenuous White Liberals (DWL) cries of sorrow over the treatment of the various Indian tribes – who were barbaric, bellicose, and constantly at war with one another – by European settlers of
this continent and the eventual nation that these white people founded, built and carved out of a vast wilderness for their posterity.

Read Scalp Dance by Thomas Goodrich for more on this topic. Crusading White Pedagogues (CWPs) have tried to inculcate young students to feel sorry for what transpired during the Racial War between whites and the various Indian tribes (many times enemy Indian tribes would aid whites in their war), but I learned at a young age to only learn from the past. Never apologize, never ask for forgiveness, and never be indebted to others for the actions of those who look like you.

Never.

That we have civilization here in the United States (though it is retreating back to nature in Detroit and other majority Black cities) is because our ancestors had the audacity to fight for it, build it, sacrifice for it, and die so that it may endure. So that their children would live in a better world.

I always found it noble that colleges and universities founded by white people chose Indian tribe nicknames as their mascots; that we have honored the legacy of these tribes (going as so far to inflate their contributions and achievements) and incorporated them into the fabric of America as best as can be accomplished.

This has not happened in Rapid City, Iowa, where members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe complain of racism from the cops. Read the quote from white Police Chief Steve Allender, as it perfectly nails the logical conclusion of Black-Run America (BRA) and its extension to protect other minority groups:

Members of the North Rapid community greeted Rapid City Police Chief Steve Allender with thanks and concerns about racism at a North Middle School forum Thursday night.

Allender hosted the forum in the aftermath of the Aug. 2 shooting at a North Rapid intersection in which two police officers and the civilian shooter died.

More than 200 people attended the forum, where Allender discussed efforts to fight crime in North Rapid before taking questions.

Saying it was “probably very unprofessional to say,” Allender said that “as a white police chief, I wish we would only use force against white people, because it would erase that issue that’s so hard to deal with and is so troubling for so many people.”

Allender said more than 50 percent of the Rapid City Police Department’s arrests are of Native Americans—far larger than the Native share of the population. He noted that a large number of those involved both victims and perpetrators who are Native Americans. “We have more contact with Native American people than we do non-Native; I can’t lie about that,” he said.

I wish we could only use force against white people,” said the Police Chief of the RCPD. Has a more powerful statement of what the desires of the sociopath DWLs who rise to power in BRA ever been uttered? How many major cities, crippled economically by the constant fear of wanton Black criminality, have white Police Chiefs and elected leaders (with thousands of faceless, shifty bureaucrats hiding in the halls of power) who think the exact same thing: that police should refrain from using force against non-whites?

Those who do evil to other – regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, or sex – should be punished. The federal, state and local governments have all integrated BRA into their operating guidelines, extending the concept to the most visible minority in their jurisdiction.

I wish we could only use force against white people,” said the Police Chief of the RCPD. It’s a safe bet that the police chief in your city thinks the same way, after going through mandatory diversity trainings and white privilege sessions, ultimately outlasting all the other sociopaths in a bid to stop cops from participating in police brutality and instead 24/7 minority outreach and public relations with “under-developed” communities.

There’s Iron in Your Words of Life

With that, it is fitting to point out something incredible – and not without precedent – transpiring in the Cherokee Nation. Time reported this back in 2007:

That question has now moved to the forefront of a heated racial battle within the Cherokee nation, which earlier this year voted to exclude a group of blacks and multiracials known as the Freedmen from citizenship in the tribe. The Cherokee say they have the right to determine their membership, while the the Freedmen say their expulsion violates the tribe’s post-Civil War treaty with the U.S. government. As the courts and the Interior Department mull over the case, Rep. Diane Watson, a Democrat from California, introduced legislation Thursday that would block the estimated $300 million in federal funds that the Cherokee receive annually and nullify their gaming rights unless the tribe reinstates equal membership to the Freedmen. 

The Freedmen’s


t is ironic that the tribe wants to use the Dawes Rolls, which discriminated against Native Americans collectively, as a tool of discrimination against a group of blacks. But the Cherokee case is not without precedent. Several years ago, the Seminoles tried to kick their Freedmen out of their tribe. So, the federal government declared the Seminoles in violation of their treaty and refused to recognize the tribe’s sovereignty. As a result the Freedmen were reincorporated in the Seminole nation in 2003.

Guess what? Much like white flight from the Black Undertow and the rise of the Tea Party (white people pissed that their tax dollars go disproportionally to subsidize the Black underclass and create the Black middle class through disproportionate Black government employment), the Cherokee – and before them the Seminole – have had enough with the concept of BRA. Black people have been voted out from the Cherokee nation:

The nation’s second-largest Indian tribe formally booted from membership thousands of descendants of black slaves who were brought to Oklahoma more than 170 years ago by Native American owners.

The Cherokee nation voted after the Civil War to admit the slave descendants to the tribe.

But on Monday, the Cherokee nation Supreme Court ruled that a 2007 tribal decision to kick the so-called “Freedmen” out of the tribe was proper.

The move to exclude the Freedmen has rankled some African American members of Congress, which has jurisdiction over all Native American tribes in the country.

A lawsuit challenging the Freedman’s removal from the tribe has been pending in federal court in Washington, for about six years.


As a sovereign nation, Cherokee Nation officials maintain that the tribe has the right to amend its constitutional membership requirements.

Removal from the membership rolls means the Freedmen will no longer be eligible for free health care and other benefits such as education concessions.

Not only that, but pressure from the federal government (a government which is dedicated to BRA and in implementing a “I wish we could only use force against white people” policing strategy nationwide) to force the Cherokee nation to renege on their decision is being greeted with defiance from the tribe:

The nation’s second-largest Indian tribe said on Tuesday that it would not be dictated to by the U.S. government over its move to banish 2,800 African Americans from its citizenship rolls. 

“The Cherokee Nation will not be governed by the BIA,” Joe Crittenden, the tribe’s acting principal chief, said in a statement responding to the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Crittenden, who leads the tribe until a new principal chief is elected, went on to complain about unnamed congressmen meddling in the tribe’s self-governance.

The reaction follows a letter the tribe received on Monday from BIA Assistant Secretary Larry Echo Hawk, who warned that the results of the September 24 Cherokee election for principal chief will not be recognized by the U.S. government if the ousted members, known to some as “Cherokee Freedmen,” are not allowed to vote.

 Quick: let’s give them the chop! In reading this story, I’m reminded of the great scene from The Outlaw Josey Wales and his confrontation with Ten Bears:

Ten Bears: These things you say we will have, we already have.

Josey Wales: That’s true. I ain’t promising you nothing extra. I’m just giving you life and you’re giving me life. And I’m saying that men can live together without butchering one another.

Ten Bears: It’s sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life… or death. It shall be life.

Government isn’t necessarily a bad thing; when government policy is ruled by the never-ending desire to advance Black people and collective Black interests, militantly repudiating any attempt to cut-back on democratic attempts to curb such insane utopian legislation… that’s a bad thing.

I wish we could only use force against white people.” In time, it is my hope that people begin to associate this quote with the official desires of those who seek the continued dominance of Black-Run America in all spheres of life. The police chief in this case was speaking of Indians who commit the majority of the crime in Rapid City, but it serves as moniker guiding the decisions of all major city police departments that fear using violence on Black people (or Brown people) because of the lawsuits and fear of riots that will ensue.

SBPDL supports the Cherokee Nation it its bid to preserve their cultural and racial heritage. All people have that right. All people.
